G2O expands engineering team

G2O Water Technologies, the leading developer of membrane technologies designed to significantly reduce the cost and environmental impact of water treatment, are pleased to announce the appointment of Omkar Joshi.

Omkar (pictured) joins the engineering team in the position of Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer and will be responsible for leading CFD analysis and experimental validation, to guide design and innovation to tackle the inefficiencies of current water separation technologies. Omkar will also be working with new and emerging manufacturing processes to deliver revolutionary enhancements and performance improvements to membranes and filters, initially in the fields of oil and water separation and desalination.

Omkar brings substantial experience in the field of computational fluid dynamics and has spent over 14 years conceptualizing and optimizing products, with a focus on improving their fluid dynamic characteristics through CFD simulations. Omkar joins G2O from Vee Bee Filtration UK Ltd (Part of Trelleborg Fluid Handling Solutions), where he spent over 8 years working as a CFD Engineer.
